Our story began with Franklin Timms, the owner and founder of All Around Fitness. Franklin's journey into the world of fitness started after surviving a heart attack, which motivated him to lose 25 pounds and 5 inches from his waist through proper diet and exercise. Inspired by his personal transformation, Franklin became an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer in 2011 and established All Around Fitness in 2015.
