At Onward Counseling Center, we understand that life can be challenging, and sometimes, it's necessary to seek help to overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of our well-being. That's why we're dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and professional environment where individuals can feel comfortable sharing their struggles and work towards finding practical solutions.

We believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health care, and that's why we offer a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of each individual or family. Our experienced and compassionate counselors are trained to work with adolescents, adults, and families to address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and more.

Our Services

At Onward Counseling Center, we offer a variety of services to help individuals and families overcome their challenges. These services include:

• Individual Counseling: One-on-one therapy sessions focused on addressing specific issues, goals, and concerns.
• Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT): An evidence-based group counseling program that combines cognitive therapy with mindfulness meditation to help individuals develop new skills and coping mechanisms.
• Family Counseling: Therapy sessions for families to work together to address issues and strengthen relationships.

Our Counselors

Our team of skilled and compassionate counselors has experience working with a wide range of issues and populations. Our counselors are dedicated to providing supportive, non-judgmental, and evidence-based services to help individuals and families overcome their challenges.

Insurance

We're in-network providers for several insurance companies, including BlueCross BlueShield, Optum/United Healthcare/United Behavioral Health. We do not currently accept Medicaid or Medicare insurance plans.

Office Hours

Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Appointments are available Monday through Thursday, from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Please contact us to schedule an appointment at a time that works best for you.
