Meet Dr. Shahin Fazilat
Dr. Fazilat is a cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeon with a reputation for excellence. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland at College Park and went on to obtain his Medical Doctorate degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC. After completing his general surgery training at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC, Dr. Fazilat brought his expertise to the San Francisco Bay Area.
