Welcome to Humble Warrior Therapy, a holistic and integrative approach to mental health and wellness rooted in Buddhist Psychology. Our founder, Rachel Gordon, is a registered psychotherapist and yoga teacher dedicated to helping clients achieve a joyful, fulfilling life. By combining Buddhist philosophy with traditional counseling, Rachel helps clients learn how to quiet the mind, become present in their lives, and awaken to the deep sense of inner peace, calm, and stillness that is inherent in each and every one of us.

About Rachel Gordon

Rachel Gordon is a registered psychotherapist and yoga teacher with a passion for helping others achieve a joyful, fulfilling life. She has lived around the world, including in the cities of Boston, Denver, Tel Aviv, Israel, and Brussels, Belgium. Rachel has a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a master's degree from Harvard University, and is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Colorado in Denver.
