Decker Construction Company has a rich history that dates back to the 1950s when Ed Decker first envisioned a construction company that would offer high-quality and cost-effective services to the central Ohio community. Over the years, the company has undergone changes in ownership but has remained committed to its vision. Today, under the leadership of Roger Apple and Fritz Smith, Decker Construction continues to thrive, serving a five-county area in central Ohio.

Our Services

Decker Construction Company operates in four distinct divisions: Paving, Construction, Concrete, and Asphalt Maintenance. The Paving division completes hundreds of jobs each year, working on everything from driveways to highways. The Construction team focuses on road widening, excavation, underdrain installation, and storm sewer installation. The Concrete division primarily works on large-scale wheelchair ramp projects. The Asphalt Maintenance division offers street utility cut repair, pothole repair, and other asphalt pavement repairs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year round.

Asphalt Paving

Decker Construction is pre-qualified by ODOT and the City of Columbus for Asphalt paving projects. We take pride in delivering quality in a timely manner and have done asphalt paving for everything from highways to parking lots to driveways for our wide customer base. Asphalt Repair

From pothole patching to comprehensive pavement removal and replacement, Decker Construction has done it all. We work on parking lots, pavement surfaces, catch basins, utility cuts, potholes, and subdivision issues.
