Our journey began in a small town just outside Millersburg, Ohio, with a founder, Paul Troyer, deeply passionate about creating enduring homes with a distinct rustic charm. Starting with a 24'x12' solid log cabin built as a personal project, which sparked considerable interest at a local trade show, Buckhorn Builders quickly blossomed.

From those humble beginnings, we embraced a variety of projects, including solid log cabins, pole barns, and remodeling work, always prioritizing the vital relationships we build with our customers. Through careful listening and an unwavering commitment to quality, we transformed each project into a testament to our dedication. By 2016, our expertise had evolved, and we dedicated ourselves exclusively to building modular log homes.

The opening of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in 2017 marked a significant milestone, propelling Buckhorn Builders to the forefront of modular home construction in Ohio. Our reach expanded to encompass Western Pennsylvania and the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia, each region embracing the exceptional quality and craftsmanship that define our homes.
