Christina Pedarre Brady, our Owner/Operator, is a licensed massage therapist with extensive experience in athletics and kinesiology. With a passion for helping others, Christina has honed her skills through continuous education and training in advanced techniques, including Rocktape FMT Blades, Core Stability, FAKTR, and Rossiter Level Certification. Her commitment to building trust and rapport with clients sets her apart from other therapists in the area.
