Projects

At Olympic Plumbing & Heating Services, Inc., we are proud to have been involved in some of the most prestigious projects in the New York City area. These include:

1. JFK New Terminal One: This state-of-the-art terminal will feature expansive, naturally lit public spaces, cutting-edge technology, and an array of amenities designed to enhance the customer experience.

2. One Vanderbilt: This 1,401-foot-tall building will feature 1.7 million square feet of office space, as well as 30,000 square feet of world-class dining areas, and will have an underground connection to Grand Central Terminal.

3. One Times Square: This redevelopment will open much of the building's interior to the public for the first time in decades, including the creation of a viewing deck and museum experience that tells the story of the building, New Year's Eve celebration, and its place in the history of Times Square.

4. 425 Park Avenue: This 21st-century building will raise 847 feet high and serve mainly as office space with a restaurant.

5. The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center: This facility will acquire an additional 11,000 square feet, with four additional operating rooms and extra conference space, as well as a grassy new balcony dog run and park.
