Our History
All-Pro Realty and Property Management was founded by a group of real estate investors in 1989 and sold to David and Charlotte Kelley in 1996. In 2003, Terri Zdanowitz joined the company, bringing along her BS in Business Administration education and 19 years of corporate financial management experience. In 2006, Terri purchased the company and her parents retired. Since then, we have grown from managing a handful of residential rental properties to a current customer base of nearly 600 units.
