Our software also includes a unique management menu that simplifies your daily management functions, consolidating the data from all properties into one screen where you can manage legal cases, work orders, vacancies, rent arrears, expiring leases, calendar tasks, and tenant applications. Additionally, our software offers energy management, allowing you to effortlessly enter energy consumption data during check entry for gas, oil, electricity, water, etc. The RISSOFT program calculates and prepares numeric and graphic comparisons of consumption and cost, comparing current period data to prior periods.

Our software is available as a local server or cloud-based solution, with a mobile app called "RIS on the GO" that allows you to access your data from anywhere. We also offer a comprehendive Communication Portal between tenants, office support, supers, and property managers, allowing tenants to see their yearly statement and do maintenance requests online. Our 1099 program is updated to export to efile.com, and our rent stabilization riders for NYC, and leases are also updated. Our Ebalance program is updated with banks, and our software now includes a PDF Program in Letters and Leases. We also offer E Signatures and consenting letters.
