Why I Started Susy's Pet Care

As a lifelong pet lover and owner, I understand the challenges of ensuring that your pets are happy and well-cared for when you're away, whether it's for work or vacation. I have four beloved cats of my own, two of whom have special needs that require a knowledgeable caretaker. I started this business to help pet owners like you by providing reliable and high-quality care for your pets.

At Susy's Pet Care, we are dedicated to helping pets stay active and engaged while their owners are away. We offer a range of services to meet your pet's needs, from grooming to exercise to socialization. Our goal is to make your pet's life happier and healthier, and to give you the freedom to focus on your daily responsibilities or enjoy some well-deserved time off.

At Susy's Pet Care, we pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive suite of services to meet your pet's needs. Here's what we offer:

• Grooming: We provide professional grooming services to make your dog look and feel its best. Our grooming services include a custom shampoo to improve skin and hair, conditioner, tooth-brushing, ear cleaning, nail trim, and anal gland expression for small dogs. We offer a specialty scent to leave your pet smelling fresh and clean.
• Dog Walking: Our dog walking packages are designed to fit your schedule and budget. We offer a variety of options, from a one-time walk to a monthly package, so that you can choose the best fit for you and your pet. Our walks include pick-up, exercise, and socialization, so you can come home to a happy and tired dog.
• Litter Box Clean Up: We provide litter box clean up services for cats, so that you can come home to a clean and fresh-smelling home.
• Feed Pets: We offer pet feeding services for both cats and dogs, so that you can rest assured that your pet is well-fed and hydrated while you're away.
• Administer Medication: We can administer medication to your pet, so that you don't have to worry about missing a dose while you're away.
• Play with Pets: We offer playtime with pets, so that they can stay active and engaged while you're away.

Our hours of operation are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, seven days a week. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, and we work with you to create a customized care plan for your pet.

My Qualifications

I am not only the owner of Susy's Pet Care, but I also worked as a groomer for PETCO for many years. I decided to use my grooming skills to provide dogs and cats with a spa experience at an affordable price. Every pet deserves the best! Having the opportunity to work with so many different pets has enriched my life for the better, and I hope to have the opportunity to get to know and care for your pet too.

I am Red Cross First Aid and CPR certified, and I have grooming and pet sitting certifications from reputable institutions. I am a member of several professional organizations, including the United Pet Sitters Member, Pet Sitters Associates, LLC Member, and Insured National Association of Professional Pet Sitters. I am committed to ongoing education and professional development to ensure that I am up-to-date on the latest pet care practices and techniques.
