Questions
What vaccinations are required for pet services?
Dogs need Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats require FVRCP and Rabies. Puppies need two initial Distemper/Parvo shots before 9 weeks of age.
Are services available on holidays?
Boarding continues 365 days, but public access closes for major holidays. Staff remains onsite during closures for pet care.
Can others pick up my pet?
Yes, with prior notification and ID verification. Accounts must be paid in full for third-party pickups.
Is facility touring allowed?
We welcome tours by appointment. Please leave personal pets at home during facility visits for safety reasons.
What's the cancellation policy?
50% deposit required for holiday reservations, refundable with 14-day cancellation notice. 3% fee applies to card payments.
