Meet the Team

Albena Dimitrova, our esteemed founder and CEO, is a highly skilled and creative Professional Hairstylist. She began her journey in the craft of hairdressing under the tutelage of Stylist Kapanov, the founder and Chairman of BNAH (Bulgarian National Association of Hairdressers), and has since earned the title of Master Hairdresser. Albena is also a proud member of Intercoiffeur Bulgaria / Intercoiffeur Mondial.

Throughout her career, Albena has honed her skills on various platforms, including managing the Beauty and Spa salon on Royal Olympic Cruises, working with the most prominent advertising agencies in Sofia, Bulgaria, and serving an extensive clientele in the United States since 2006. In December 2011, Albena realized her dream of opening her own hair salon in the United States, where she has built a loyal clientele and developed her unique styling techniques. Albena's clients appreciate her personal touch, understanding of their needs, and professionalism, which keeps them returning for more.

Alla is a Master Designer who takes pride in her friendly, enthusiastic, and creative approach to hairstyling. With a focus on making each client smile, Alla specializes in providing individualized cuts and colors. She began her career in the beauty industry in Europe and furthered her skills by training with French stylists in Paris. Alla has mastered the popular European hair styling technique known as "Balayage, " which is a free-hand painting method that creates a very natural highlighting look. She is also certified in various smoothing treatments, such as keratin and the latest amino acid treatments. Alla is dedicated to staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in the industry and is fluent in both English and Russian to cater to the growing Russian community in Newton and Boston.

With international experience gained while working for Royal Olympic Cruiselines and various salons in the Boston area, such as Dessange Boston and CoBella, Albena designed a minimalistic, relaxing space that reflects her vision and personal touch.
