Substandard Care and Neglect
Multiple reviewers share horrific experiences with the nursing home, highlighting poor quality of care and neglect. The first reviewer, L. Peters, describes finding rotting food in their mother's closet, neglected dental hygiene, and a lack of basic care. Their mother passed away under mysterious circumstances, and the reviewer allegations of dehydration and neglect.
Unprofessional Staff Behavior
Madame Gina shares multiple incidents of unprofessional behavior from staff members, including activities director Chrissy, MDS Coordinator Amanda, and nurse Suzanne. Chrissy is described as petty, rude, and harassing, while Amanda and Suzanne are accused of being rude, bossy, and unprofessional. Madame Gina also reports being hung up on repeatedly by the Amandas while trying to contact the nursing home.
Lack of Care and Attention
Madame Gina's cousin, who is handicapped, is described as being neglected, with reports of not receiving breakfast or lunch, having dirty hair, and a messy room. Suzanne, the mean nurse, is accused of yelling at the cousin and not respecting her.
