• Homemaker and Caregiver services, providing companionship, light housekeeping, and personal care assistance
• Meal planning and preparation, including meal planning and grocery shopping

• Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Light housekeeping, including laundry, cleaning, and organization
• Medication reminders, including pharmaceutical assistance and prescription management
