Treatment Modalities

Dr. Weingold treats patients from late adolescence through geriatric ages and specializes in treating psychiatric conditions with a combination of medications and psychotherapy. He frequently refers patients to psychotherapists who are better suited to specific conditions, ensuring that each patient receives the most effective treatment possible. Treatment may consist of medications, psychotherapy, or a combination of both.

Collaboration with Therapists

Dr. Weingold believes in the importance of collaboration and works with a network of therapists who offer a variety of therapeutic interventions. If you already have a psychotherapist, Dr. Weingold will collaborate with your therapist to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most insurance plans and encourage patients to check with their insurance provider prior to their first visit to confirm coverage and any necessary authorization. We also accept most major credit cards and require copays at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we have a 48 business-hour cancellation policy in place. Please provide at least two full business days' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Confidentiality

We value and respect each patient's right to confidentiality. With few exceptions, Dr. Weingold will not disclose any aspect of your treatment with a third party unless you have given written consent. In rare cases where we believe you may be at imminent risk of harming yourself or others, we may contact appropriate authorities to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

We have limited street parking available and parking is also available under the building. Please call us during normal front office hours (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) to set up an appointment or answer any administrative questions.
