• Diane Haugland - Owner, Clerk/Cashier: Diane Haugland, the heart of the auction company, grew up in Kenmare, North Dakota, and has been married to Butch for more than 35 years. She resides near Ambrose, North Dakota, where she works as a music therapist at a local nursing home. Together, Diane and Butch farm and ranch in addition to operating the auction company. They have four children and two grandchildren. Diane's cheerful personality and thoughtfulness make her an invaluable member of the family and the auction team.
• Drew Haugland - Auctioneer: Drew Haugland, Diane's son, graduated from Divide County High School and Dickinson State University with a degree in Ag Business. He is a sports enthusiast with exceptional knowledge and skills to assist any seller. Drew's charisma and expertise make him a valuable asset to the auction team.
