Gulfshore Ballet

Gulfshore Ballet is Southwest Florida's premier not-for-profit school of Classical Ballet. The school has an internationally acclaimed teaching faculty and offers area students the unique opportunity to study with professional instructors of the highest caliber. The training at Gulfshore Ballet combines Cuban, American, and Russian technique and brings a quality of excellence not normally found outside major metropolitan cities.

Classical Ballet is one of the most beautiful yet arduous art forms. Time, effort, and commitment from both the student and instructors are a prerequisite to realizing the true benefits of classical ballet. Correct instruction begun at the appropriate age is critical to the development of technically and artistically.

Our mission and philosophy are centered around teaching integrity, which we believe is essential for our students to become beautiful, dynamic dancers. Our students learn from a tradition that embodies the ethos of professional dance, allowing them to grow into talented artists. The school offers a variety of programs taught by globally recognized talent, including pre-ballet and levels 1 & 2 for children, levels 3, 4, & 5 for intermediate division, advanced & pre-professional levels for more experienced students, and adult ballet classes for those looking to explore the art form at any age.

In addition to our academic programs, Gulfshore Ballet also hosts several professionally produced performances each season, showcasing the dancers' hard work, growth, and talent. These performances not only demonstrate the dedication of our students but also provide a platform for them to prepare for careers in higher levels of ballet, including professional paths.
