Services Offered

At Art's Custom Machine Shop, we offer a comprehensive range of machining services. Our capabilities include:

• Milling: We have two Makino A-55 horizontal machining centers, two Makino A-51 horizontal machining centers, and a Haas VF-6SS CNC milling machine with a 4th axis. These machines enable us to handle a wide variety of milling projects with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Turning: Our turning capabilities include a Haas HL-2 CNC turning center, a Haas SL-20 CNC turning center with live tooling, a Samsung SL 2500 ASY live tool sub spindle turning center, a Haas ST-30 turning center, and a Haas ST-30Y live tool turning center. These machines allow us to produce turned parts with a high degree of precision and consistency.
• Inspection: Our inspection capabilities include a Helmel Microstar DCC CMM, which enables us to perform high-precision measurements and inspections. We can supply first-article inspection reports and perform in-process inspections as needed.
• Sawing: Our Peerless HB1014a auto saw allows us to quickly and accurately cut materials to size.
• Welding: Our AIRCO 250 Amp Mig300 welding machine enables us to perform high-quality welds on a variety of materials.
