Our mission is to cultivate a community centered around the art and science of winemaking, offering hands-on experiences for individuals and groups. Customers participate in a four-stage winemaking process, starting with crushing grapes and culminating in bottling their own vintage. The journey spans nine months, featuring educational sessions on fermentation, pressing, and aging techniques. We provide flexible options including social barrels for solo participants or friend groups, private barrels for exclusive use, and team barrels for corporate or nonprofit events. Our Bacchus Awards celebrate excellence in winemaking annually, recognizing both wines and label designs. The winemaking season aligns with California harvest cycles, though we accept registrations year-round. Located in Henderson, Nevada, we combine technical expertise with a welcoming atmosphere to make wine creation accessible and memorable. Our team leverages extensive industry knowledge to ensure each participants experience is both rewarding and educational. By bridging traditional methods with modern innovation, we empower customers to craft wines that reflect their unique palate and creativity.
