Complaint and Negative Review
One reviewer, Paula Keefe, gave a 2-star rating and expressed her disappointment and frustration with the office. She felt that Dr. Morrow was pushy and suggested an unnecessary treatment plan, including sedation, for her 5-year-old child's cavities. She also felt that the office was not willing to work with her to alleviate her child's anxiety. She ultimately took her child to see a different dentist who was able to fix the cavities without sedation or excessive treatment.
