Thom's talent as a construction manager comes from a lifetime of learning, starting at a young age when he would help out with household maintenance in his neighborhood. He developed an interest in not only how things work but how to make them work better. This passion led him to teach Industrial Arts to K-12 students for 9 years and eventually to build his own family home, which marked the beginning of Woglom Construction. Today, the business is a partnership between Thom and his son, Dave, who shares his father's passion for construction and has been involved in the business since childhood. Together, they offer a unique blend of traditional values and modern expertise, ensuring that every project is treated as though it were their own home.
