Negative Reviews
The majority of the reviews are negative, with one reviewer, Monica Fuentes, having a particularly disastrous experience. She paid $400 for a balayage and haircut, but left the salon with a cut that was half the length she requested, and a style that was not what she wanted. The reviewer is furious and feels ripped off, stating that this was the worst haircut she has ever had. The reviewer also claims that the stylist made false statements about her hair, including saying that she had used black box hair dye when she had not.
Another issue mentioned by Monica Fuentes is that the stylist added purple dye to her hair, despite her explicitly requesting not to have it dyed due to it being chemically damaged. The reviewer is also upset that the stylist changed her story about why she couldn't do a V cut, initially saying it was because it would leave her hair too short, but later claiming it was because it was too damaged.
Positive Reviews
In contrast, three reviewers had positive experiences at the salon. Jo-Ellen Lauck had an excellent experience with stylist Misti, who listened to her concerns and delivered a haircut that she was completely satisfied with. Jack Waters was also impressed with Megan Young's ability to recreate a haircut he had had years ago, stating that he will be back for all of his haircuts. Schmee had a great experience with stylist Marissa, who made sure to ask about her hair history and delivered a color that stayed vibrant for months after the appointment.
