Hamakua-Kohala Health is a community-based health center dedicated to providing comprehensive primary and preventative healthcare to individuals of all ages. Our clinics are located in Honoka'a, Kohala, Laupahoehoe, and Waimea, serving over 10,000 patients in the region.

Our wellness programs focus on pre-diabetes, blood pressure management, smoking and vaping cessation, and more. We also offer telehealth services, making it easier for patients to access healthcare from the comfort of their own homes.
