Sun Eagle Corporation is a family-owned business with a long history of providing top-quality construction services to our clients. We were founded in 1978 by Marty Alvarez Sr., who represents five generations of owning various types of businesses in Arizona since the 1880's. Our company is built on a foundation of integrity, accountability, and a commitment to providing the best possible service on every single project. Our services include Design-Build, Job Order Contract, CMAR Construction Manager at Risk, General Contracting, and Pre-Construction. Our Design-Build service allows us to collaborate with our various Architectural Partners to meet our Clients' specific goals and objectives. Through our Job Order Contract service, we execute ongoing construction projects through multi-year contracts on a wide range of renovations and upgrades. With our CMAR Construction Manager at Risk service, our Owners/Clients are involved in the decision-making process. Our General Contracting service provides competitive Subcontractor pricing and high-level project management staff for our Clients. Lastly, our Pre-Construction services include supply chain analysis on all materials and delivery dates.

We have completed numerous projects over the years, including the Michael Phelps at Skyline Aquatics Center, Goodyear Recreation Campus & Aquatics Center, City of Phoenix Fire Station #55, Cesar Chavez Community Center, and City of Scottsdale Fire Station #602, among others.
