Welcome to the Hall Mark & Associates Web Site. We are a construction company and our specialty has been installing windows and doors since 1992. We are based in the Los Angeles area, however we do installations all over the California coast. We've gone as far North as Sacramento and as South as San Diego.
We have installed pretty much all types of windows and doors that there are, such as: ANDERSEN, ARCADIA, EAGLE, FLEETWOOD, JELD-WEN, KOLBE, LA CANTINA, MARVIN, MHB STEEL, MILGARD, PELLA, SIERRA PACIFIC, SKY-FRAME, WEATHER SHIELD, and WESTERN WIN-DOR. We have done installations for many residential homes as well as large apartment buildings whether it is a brand new home from ground up, or a remodel project.
Our Expertise
Our specialty has been installing windows and doors since 1992. Just a bit of history about us: Originally when we first started we merely focused on full tear-out installations on residential structures in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas for the Pella Corporation. We were their primary installation subcontractor and for many years we preformed 75% of their installation work, until they started developing their own in-house crews.
Our scope of work was to remove stucco or siding around windows and doors, set and seal windows and doors, tie in to existing flashing, patch drywall and or stucco as needed and match texture, install casing or exterior trim boards as needed. Our work was generally preformed in occupied residential structures. We have become familiar with almost every kind of architecture and the associated complexities of retrofitting existing structures.
Over the last 5 years or so we have taken on quite a lot of high-end new construction residential and commercial projects. We are either currently in the process of finishing up or have already completed the following apartment complexes to give you an idea of what we do:
- Platinum Vista Apartments (Anaheim, CA) a 1,800 window and door installation project.
- 6th & Bixel (Los Angeles, CA) a 1,300 window and door installation project.
- Crestavilla Senior Living (Laguna Niguel, CA) a 900 window and door installation project.
- Las Palmas Apartments (Hollywood, CA) a 500 window and door installation project.
