Room Rentals

At Raspberry Hill, we offer a variety of room rentals to suit your needs. From our cozy Master Suite to our spacious Family Suite and whole house rentals, you're sure to find the perfect room for your stay. Each room is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, featuring comfortable beds, modern amenities, and stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Our rooms are available for both short-term and long-term stays, making us the perfect choice for Iowa State University students and visitors alike. No matter how long you stay, you'll find that our bed and breakfast is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Celebrations

Raspberry Hill is the perfect venue for your next celebration. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate event, or family gathering, our picturesque setting and exceptional hospitality will make your event truly unforgettable.

Our pavilion can accommodate up to 250 guests, making it the perfect space for your next outdoor special event. We also offer a variety of a la carte options to enhance your event, including Iowa wine and beer, live piano rental, and cottage rental.

For weddings, we offer a range of packages to suit your needs, from our Garden Paradise package with pavilion, groom, and bridal suite to our Royalty package with cottage, whole house, and two nights of lodging for 15 guests. We're also pleased to offer package discounts for November-March weddings and micro weddings with under 50 guests.

For corporate events, we offer single-day rentals for businesses and clubs Monday-Thursday from 10am-4pm. Our rental fee includes tea and coffee, as well as your preferred table arrangement. Upon request, we can also provide Iowa wine and beer for an additional fee.
