Our Story

Our journey began with a vision to provide professional and personalized service to our community. Our managing broker and auctioneer, Jay Allen, has been a licensed auctioneer for over 30 years, specializing in farm real estate. He has also had 32 years of experience in ag lending in a commercial bank. Jay, along with his wife Lisa, decided to open an office to provide people with the expertise and knowledge they need when buying or selling a farm or home. Our office manager, Lisa, has had her salesperson license for over 15 years and is dedicated to ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
