Reggie Sullivan - Owner

Richard Neubert - President

Ric attended the University of Kentucky College of Civil Engineering. He has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, working as an estimator, asset manager, as well as serving as President/CEO for sixteen years. Ric has been exceptionally active in the industry's development, serving on the Board of Directors for the National Asphalt Pavement Association and as Chairman of the Legislative Committee of the National Asphalt Pavement Association. Additionally, he has been a member of the Board of Directors and past president of the Illinois Asphalt Pavement Association. He served on the Arkansas Asphalt Pavement Association Board of Directors and presided as chairman. Ric also served as President of the Missouri Asphalt Pavement Association. In his role, he oversees the overall strategy and direction of the company, ensuring that all projects are executed safely and efficiently.
