Valerie Beckwith is the founder and owner of Point Del Mar Acupuncture, a licensed acupuncturist, and a clinical herbalist. After completing her Bachelor's degree at the University of Southern California, Valerie pursued her Master's Degree at South Baylo University, where she built a strong foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has extensive clinical experience, having treated a wide range of internal medicine patients with acupuncture and herbs at SBU Clinic.

Valerie furthered her studies at Zhejiang Chinese Medical University in Hangzhou, China, where she apprenticed under Dr. Ninghan Feng, a renowned acupuncture master. She gained valuable experience treating stroke and paralysis patients at Hangzhou Railroad Hospital's in-patient facility. Zhejiang Chinese Medical University awarded her a certificate of advanced studies for her achievements.

With over a decade of experience practicing and studying Oriental Medicine, Valerie has worked with several medical and wellness groups in San Diego, treating athletes for performance enhancement and sports injuries and helping patients undergoing fertility treatments. As a dedicated professional, Valerie is committed to offering compassionate, comprehensive, and natural medical care to her clients, focusing on educating them to make optimal, healthy lifestyle changes.
