*Shiatsu Massage*: The word "Shiatsu" means "finger pressure, " and this type of massage is characterized by finger pressure on specific points on the body. Shiatsu massage focuses on balancing the natural flow of energy in the body and improving energy and blood flow.

*Swedish Massage*: This is the most commonly requested style of massage and is popular for reducing stress and increasing relaxation. Our therapists use oil or lotion and combine basic strokes with more detailed strokes to help clients relax and relieve tension.

*Deep Tissue Massage*: Deep Tissue Massage targets the deep layers of the muscle and fascia in the body and is recommended by many doctors as a treatment option for chronic pain and to improve blood flow. Our therapists utilize deep finger pressure and slow, firm strokes to loosen tight tissue clusters within the body.

*Trigger Point Therapy*: A trigger point is a place on the body that is hypersensitive and painful, typically located in a taut band of muscle fibers. Our therapists locate the trigger point and deactivate it by applying finger pressure.

Mobile Massage: In Touch Massage offers high-quality massage therapy that is simple and stress-free.
