We are a Medicare/Medicaid certified home health care agency, offering a wide range of reimbursable in-home medical, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care. Additionally, we provide private pay services for clients who require in-home assistance but do not qualify for traditional insurance coverage. Our services include medical and post-surgical nursing, psychiatric nursing, breast care and post-mastectomy services, phlebotomy, community elder care management, physical therapy, occupational therapy, visiting nurse services, medication management, habilitation therapy, and more.
