At Prairie Mental Health Services, our mission is to collaborate with our patients and their local communities in seeking to develop and create effective solutions to unique life problems. Our values are centered around the understanding that problems never belong to one person and that solutions are unique to each individual and family.

Our Services

We offer comprehensive psychiatric and counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. Our services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and assessment, prescriptive and medication management, individual, couples, and family therapy, care coordination with other medical professionals, and assessment for various mental health conditions such as anxiety, post-traumatic stress, depression, bipolar disorder, and autism spectrum disorder. We also provide cognitive assessments for attention deficit disorders. We work closely with other psychological and psychiatric professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.

About Our Team

Bruce Fletcher, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is the owner and primary provider of Prairie Mental Health Services. He has extensive training and experience in individual and family therapies, psychopharmacology, and psychological assessment and evaluation. He is licensed in Missouri as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with diagnostic, treatment, and prescriptive authority.
