Our Business

Our business was founded in September 2011 after purchasing an existing tax preparation and bookkeeping business and merging it with the existing clients of Shelli Boucher and Karen Winkelmann CPA. Our team consists of experienced professionals who are committed to providing the highest level of service and expertise to our clients.

Shelli Boucher, one of our founding partners, earned her BS in Accounting from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire and is currently completing the requirements for her CPA license. She has operated a bookkeeping service from her home since the birth of her son 10 years ago and has extensive experience in the accounting industry.

Karen Winkelmann, CPA, the other founding partner of Budget Tax Service and More, LLP, has 12 years of professional experience after earning her BS in Accounting from the University of Texas - Arlington. She has worked for prominent accounting firms in Texas and New Hampshire and has served as President of White Mountain International Group in Gilford, NH. Karen has also volunteered her expertise in the local community, serving as Treasurer of various organizations.
