Our team is led by CEO and contractor Joshua Thiesen, who brings over 20 years of experience in the roofing industry. Alongside Joshua is CFO and Human Resources manager Brandy Thiesen, who oversees the company's finances and HR operations. Our Chief Operating Officer, Kristen Patterson, has over 15 years of experience in property management and is responsible for overseeing our preventative maintenance program.
