Dixie Weld & Fab is a Houston Welding Shop specializing in HVAC pipe fabrication. We offer mobile welding and fabrication services. Our 35 years of experience include pipe welding, structural, heavy equipment, ornamental iron, repetitive order, and prototype fabrication. We pride ourselves in the ability to quickly access any location, from a new construction site, to the roof top of a 40-story office building. Our services include HVAC pipe fabrication, change-outs and installs, control valves, hot taps, and structural steel fabrication. Whether you need to replace or install a boiler, chiller, cooling tower, air handler, circulation pump, rooftop unit, or a total building system upgrade, Dixie Weld & Fab has the experience and capabilities you need. We also specialize in hot tapping, which is the process of creating a branch line from a main to supply an additional Air Handling Unit (AHU) or a Fan Coil while the system is still fully operational.
