At Xzact Therapy & Aquatics, we are passionate about providing top-notch physical therapy services to help our clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Our journey began when our owner and Director of Physical Therapy, Zach Michael, experienced a football injury in the 7th grade that required physical therapy. From that moment on, Zach knew that physical therapy was his calling. As he grew older, he developed a dream of opening his own outpatient clinic, and in July 2014, he turned that dream into a reality with the creation of Xzact Therapy & Aquatics.

Our mission is to provide results-based therapy with a qualified and experienced team that specializes in aquatic therapy services that are unique to the Paris area. We pride ourselves on providing XZACTLY the therapy our clients need, whether they are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to improve their overall fitness and well-being.

Our Facility

Our state-of-the-art facility features a range of equipment and amenities designed to help our clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Our spacious dressing rooms are equipped with lockers and showers, and we provide towels and commodities to our patients. We also have an open gym with an array of equipment, including weight training machines, a total body gym, balance machines, a stationary bicycle, an elliptical, and a basketball net.

One of the unique features of our facility is our rock climbing wall, which provides an excellent opportunity to work on core strength, balance, fine motor skills, and coordination. We also have three evaluation rooms for one-on-one patient/therapist initial and progress evaluations.

Our pool features underwater treadmills, a bicycle, an elliptical, and a lift assist chair, providing an ideal environment for aquatic therapy. Our aquatic therapy services are unique to the Paris area, and our qualified and experienced staff is dedicated to helping our clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals through this innovative therapy.

• Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT): Our certified ALT therapist, Fran King, provides gentle touch, non-invasive therapy that stimulates the proper flow and drainage of the lymphatic system.
• Dry Needling: Our skilled intervention uses a thin filiform needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate underlying myofascial trigger points, muscular, and connective tissues for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments.
• Aquatic Therapy: Our aquatic therapy facility is staffed with a physical therapy tech at all times, providing a beneficial and healing environment for our clients.
• Rock Tape: We proudly offer RockTape, a practice of fascial movement taping that assists with athletic achievement and therapeutic purposes.
• XZACT 180: Our program is designed to help people make the changes necessary for longer, healthier, and happier lives.
• Open Gym: We provide an array of equipment to help our clients achieve their fitness goals.
