New Masters Gallery is a premier art gallery located in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. With over 40 years of experience, we have established ourselves as one of the leading art dealers in the region. Our journey began in 1974 when Bill and Jennifer Hill, the founders of the gallery, decided to leave their ordinary lives in Illinois and pursue their passion for art in the beautiful city of Carmel.
Our Story
Bill and Jennifer's Excellent Adventure, as they like to call it, began with a small space upstairs in the back of a courtyard. The gallery started with just six local artists, but it wasn't long before it outgrew its first location. Over the years, we have expanded to four different locations, each one bigger and better than the last. Today, we occupy a spacious 4000 square feet in the heart of Carmel, showcasing the works of over 40 artists from all over the world.
Our Artists
At New Masters Gallery, we pride ourselves on showcasing the talents of both emerging and established artists. Our roster includes some of the most renowned artists of the West Coast, including George Molnar, who is widely recognized as one of the leading painters of the West. We also feature artists from Europe, Asia, South America, and Australia, each bringing their unique perspective and style to our gallery.
