Our Coffee Journey

Founder Liz Laughlin discovered her passion for coffee during her time in Oregon, witnessing the burgeoning third-wave coffee movement with its emphasis on nuanced flavors and precise roasting. Inspired by the meticulous approach and artistry at renowned roasters like Stumptown, she embarked on her own journey to roast exceptional coffees and share them with the community.

Artisan Roasting

We utilize a state-of-the-art Diedrich 12k roaster to meticulously roast our coffee beans. Through careful temperature control and precise timing, we coax out the unique flavors and aromas of each origin. We offer a curated selection of both blended and single-origin coffees, each meticulously roasted to highlight their distinct characteristics.
