Our Leadership

Our current leadership team is comprised of individuals who are dedicated to upholding our core values and continuing our legacy of excellence. Our President and CEO, Wes Deig, has been with the company since 1996 and has held various roles throughout his tenure. From supervising field projects to managing equipment and making corporate decisions, Wes has been instrumental in the company's growth and development. He is also an active member of several industry organizations, including the MCA of Southern Indiana, Indiana Southwest Construction Roundtable (AGC), JATC of IUOE Local 181, UA Local 136 Plumbers Individual Pension Plan, NECA, and the West Side Nut Club.

Tom, our Vice President, has been with the company since 1983, when he joined as the controller. Over the years, he has managed the company's accounting processes and finances, and has been instrumental in the computerization of our accounting system. He became part owner of Deig Bros. in 2017 and is now heavily involved in corporate legal issues and strategic matters. Tom is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and has been involved in numerous youth sports organizations and community events.
