Our Story

CCR was founded in 2017 by Will and Jennifer Sayre, who share an incredible love for coffee. Will began roasting coffees for friends and family in 2007, and over the years, his hobby grew into a passion for sharing specialty coffees from regions all over the globe. He realized that his passion for coffee was as much about sharing as it was about enjoying the coffee itself. This passion for sharing specialty coffee led to the creation of California Coffee Republic, a place where friends and customers alike can explore the world of coffee and brewing methods in a welcoming and innovative environment.
