Our Services

We offer comprehensive roofing services, including residential, commercial, ventilation, and chimney caps. Our team is skilled and experienced in all aspects of roofing, ensuring that we can handle any project you have, from installing new roofs on houses, garages, patio covers, sheds, and gazebos to providing inspection services when buying a home.

For residential services, we specialize in installing roofs using composition shingles, stone-coated metal shingles, shakes, tile, and metal. Our commercial services include installing roofs on churches, fire stations, shopping centers, restaurants, and more. Most commercial roofs are flat roofs, and we typically use a product called "Modified Bitumen."

Our ventilation services focus on planning and installing effective ventilation systems to ensure your attic stays cool during the summer and warm during the winter. Good roof ventilation planning can make a significant difference in the longevity of your roof.

We also provide custom chimney caps made of 24-gauge steel. These caps cover the entire top of your chimney and are made-to-fit, including odd-shaped flues or multiple flues.

Our Guaranty

At Evans & Horton Roofing, we offer a 5-year workmanship guaranty/warranty on whole roofs installed on houses, garages, sheds, etc. However, there are some exceptions, such as when we only do a repair on your roof or the existing angle (pitch) of your roof. We also offer manufacturer guaranty/warranty, which varies depending on the type of product you choose.
