Meet the Owner

Teommi Metz, the owner of Solangia Hair Salon, has been passionate about the beauty industry since she was 12 years old. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Minor in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University, Teommi has worked in the cosmetology industry for over 20 years. She has attended several trainings throughout the United States, including Ray's Faith Academy of Beauty Education in Gonzales, Louisiana, where she obtained her cosmetology license. Teommi has worked with Louisiana Public Broadcasting (LPB) as a stylist and has styled special guests such as world-renowned author Immaculee IIibagiza. She is dedicated to providing clients with talented, skilled, and well-educated stylists who, like herself, offer and create classic styles that remain on the cutting edge.
