Our History

Sky Rehabilitation was founded in 2014 in St. Louis, Missouri, and has since expanded to multiple locations across Indiana and Texas. We have grown to a total of sixteen service locations, serving patients in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, long-term care facilities, and rehabilitation centers.
