Dr. Gary Tearston is a highly accomplished and experienced plastic surgeon who has been serving the Beverly Hills area for over three decades. He is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. After graduating from Stanford University with great distinction and the University of Pennsylvania's medical school with honors, Dr. Tearston completed his general surgery residency at USC Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident of General Surgery. He then performed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Illinois, Chicago, including a hand surgery fellowship at Northwestern University.

Dr. Tearston is renowned for his expertise in breast reconstruction and has been an active attending staff member at Cedar Sinai Medical Center, where he served as the past Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery. His practice has been focused on plastic surgery, and he is a continuous member of several prestigious societies, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the California Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Los Angeles Plastic Surgery Society.
