Our Story

Since our first location opened in Inkster in 2006, Western Wayne Family Health Centers has been dedicated to serving our community. Over the years, we've expanded to include locations in Taylor, Lincoln Park, and Dearborn. As a federally-qualified health center (FQHC), we've been certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, providing integrated and coordinated healthcare experiences for patients of all ages. Our holistic approach ensures that our patients receive the best possible care, from birth through senior citizens.
