We are a Direct Primary Care (DPC) medical service, which means we don't rely on health insurance companies to reimburse us for our services. This approach allows us to redirect our time and resources into providing exceptional care to our patients, rather than dealing with paperwork and administrative tasks. Our membership-based model enables us to provide personalized attention to each patient, taking the time to understand their specific needs and develop a tailored plan to achieve their health goals.

Our Services

Our primary care services include routine and preventive care, annual physicals, sports physicals, and chronic illness management for conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, and more. We also offer a medically managed Weight Loss program under the guidance of our board-certified Obesity Medicine Specialist. Our comprehensive approach to health care ensures that our patients receive the highest quality care, from preventive measures to managing existing conditions.

Meet Our Founder

Our Founder, Dr. Abigail Amy Annan, M.D, FAAFP, Dipl. ABOM, is a dedicated and compassionate physician with a passion for providing exceptional care to her patients. As a board-certified Family Medicine physician and Obesity Medicine Specialist, Dr. Annan is committed to helping individuals achieve their health goals, regardless of their health insurance status. Her approach to health care is holistic, focusing on building personal relationships with each patient and taking a comprehensive approach to health and wellness.
