What equipment does the band provide?
Bands include sound system, instruments, LED lighting, sound engineer, and on-site coordinator. Venues need to provide power and appropriate staging.
How long do bands perform?
Standard performance includes four hours with one 25-minute break. Ceremony and cocktail music timing is customized to event needs.
Can we customize the music selection?
Yes, each band works with clients to create customized setlists. Special requests and specific song arrangements are accommodated when possible.
How does payment work?
50% deposit required upon booking, with balance due two weeks before the event. Accepted methods include ACH, checks, and wire transfers.
What happens if weather disrupts the event?
Weather-related cancellations receive full refund minus 10% service fee. We work with clients to reschedule when possible.
Do you provide amplification for ceremonies?
Basic amplification is available for officiants and speakers. Additional sound requirements can be arranged with advance notice.
