Inconsistent Service
The first review, given by Savannah Nicholson, rates the establishment 1 star. She had a terrible experience with the waiter, Abby, who complained about going up the stairs to heat up her cheese dip. Moreover, Abby neglected to check on them throughout their visit, leaving Savannah feeling unwelcome.
Disturbing Environment
The second review, left by Andrew Moore, rates the location 2 stars. However, the negative experience far outweighs the small positive remark that earned the 2nd star. Andrew and his tour group had a disturbing experience with the entrance, finding the front door wide open with no one at the front desk. This lack of security was corroborated by another visitor, and they decided not to continue with the tour. The residents looked unkempt, adding to the unsettling atmosphere.
