It's great to meet you! I'm Melissa - a photographer and portrait artist located in the beautiful Hudson Valley. I've been working in the Orange County NY area for several years, but I'm happy to say I've finally found my forever home - I just moved into a brand new, gorgeous studio on Main Street in Warwick, NY. I specialize in maternity, newborn, cake smash and family photography for clients who live in Orange County, NY, the Hudson Valley, Westchester and even NYC. My background as a pediatric speech pathologist has given me years of experience and a unique insight into the minds of children - which means I can generally connect with even the most energetic and self-directed little ones. In particular, my clients often comment on my high levels of patience and understanding - as well as an unwavering level of attention to detail. All things considered, I consider myself a true expert in capturing beautiful images of every child. I find joy in taking those same skills - patience, attention to detail, and a steadfast pride in my work - and applying them to my newborn, maternity, and family sessions as well.
